REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Registration
- Registrations on-line will be confirmed with an acknowledgement notice.
- On-Line registration must include complete and correct credit card information.
- Conference fees must be paid before arrival at the conference to reserve a space.
- Registration fees will be charged at the current rate (EARLY or STANDARD), based on the date of payment.
- If you need or want to adjust your registration, please email maireco@telus.net
Policies
- The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the program content and to limit registration as required.
- The organizers have the right to cancel programs if registration is too low.
- Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Conference Fees
- The Early fee deadline is April 18,
2008.
- The conference fees include tax and are in Canadian funds.
- Registration fees include entry to all sessions, conference materials, the Welcome Reception, session breaks, and the banquet.
- Registration fees do not include the facility off-site tours. Please purchase tickets to these events on the registration form
Fees
Early Full Fee $ 200.00 ($ 190.00 + $10.00 GST)
Early Student Fee – $ 125.00 ($ 118.75 + $ 6.25 GST)
Standard Full Fee – $ 250.00 ($ 237.50 + 12.50 GST)
Standard Student Fee $ 150.00 ($ 142.50 + $ 7.50 GST)
Refunds
- If you cannot attend this program, please and notify maireco@telus.net to cancel your space. The deadline for cancellation is May 16, 2008.
- Cancellations received in writing by May 16, 2008 will be issued full credit, less $20.00 to cover administration costs. No refunds will be given after May 16, 2008.
- Refunds will be processed after the conference.
