ACCOMMODATION

UNIVERSITY OF VICTORIA
Situated in picturesque Gordon Head, the University of Victoria is only 25 minutes from the Swartz Bay ferry terminal, 20 minutes from the Airport and Downtown Victoria. The campus is ideally situated to enjoy numerous outdoor activities. Relax on the sandy beaches of Gyro Park; hike to the top of Mount Tolmie; enjoy a jog along the alumni chip trail or ride your bike to Mount Douglas Park.

PLEASE NOTE that Victoria is a very popular tourist destination, so we encourage you to book your accommodation ASAP.

UNIVERSITY OF VICTORIA ACCOMMODATION
A block of rooms with a bed and breakfast plan has been reserved for attendees. Bedrooms in Residence (dormitory) buildings come with either 1 or 2 single beds. Shared washroom facilities are located on each floor and are designated by gender. Guests can enjoy Internet access in their bedroom and on each floor there is a central lounge to relax and watch TV with other guests. Coin-operated laundry facilities and payphones are located in or near all buildings.

Bed & Breakfast:
Single or Twin room rates are available in a residence building with daily housekeeping, towel service and breakfast. Enjoy breakfast in the Cadboro Commons before heading to one of Victoria's world renowned landmarks or tourist attractions!

Deposits and Cancellations
1. All reservations require a deposit.
2. Reservations less than 14 nights require the ONE night accommodation charge be paid at the time of reservation. Notice of cancellation must be received 48 hours prior to the arrival date otherwise the deposit is forfeited and reservation is cancelled.
